Debate never ends over the Bay Area’s best pizzas or burgers. But for anyone  who’s tried them there’s little argument over the most sublime chicken sandwiches. The lines stretch down the street at Bakesale Betty’s two Oakland locations for her tangy (thanks to jalapenos) but sweet buttermilk fried chicken buried in coleslaw.
