¾ lb.chicken liver

large red onion chopped

½ lb. unsalted butter

curry powder to taste

Worcestershire sauce to taste

salt & pepper to taste

dash of paprika

1 ½ oz. Remy Martin cognac

slice and sauté onion til translucent

add seasonings

add chicken livers til pink

put mixture into blender

add butter in small pieces

add cognac to taste
