Mother’s Day always poses the question “After brunch, what?” Your Geezer suggests a jaunt to Keeyla Meadows’ back yard in Albany. She only opens it the first and second Sunday of the month. This artist/landscaper has created a detonation of color – flowers and foliage you’ve never seen before in a riot of chartreuse, turquoise, orange and purple with matching sculpture and ceramics. This coming Sunday you can pick up one of her madly colorful paintings for only $25. Don’t forget to look up at the towering fir tree at the back of the property with climbing roses 5 stories high. Free.
