Bay seniors conscious enough to remember SF’s mid-century renaissance of music and poetry may think the Fillmore is the only still-active remnant of that era. Not so. Intersection of the Arts has been around over 50 years and was an incubator for Beat arts. Nowadays it is still kicking, appropriately re-located in the hyperactive Mission continuing to mount shows year round. Currently they have an exhibit of digital graphics which is enjoying a renaissance of its own these days. Free.
