Bay seniors looking for the easiest way possible to concoct a summer dessert should follow the Geezer’s directions for a richly creamy coffee ice cream:

1 cup chilled whole milk…….3/4 cup granulated sugar……..2-3 tablespoons instant espresso……2 cups chilled heavy cream……1 teaspoon vanilla

Whisk together until it dissolves……Pour into ice cream machine machine.  (you can get a Cuisinart for around $70)….and mix until thickened. Then freeze……….coffee heaven.
