Bay seniors who hope to enter the impregnable walls of Pixar studios in Emeryville to watch their wickedly clever animators at work, better forget it. You will always be turned away at the gate. However this Friday March 7 at 7 pm, a number of Pixar motion artists will be showing samples of their runaway talent on the Great Wall, a 100’x100’ projection on the corner of Broadway and West Grand in downtown Oakland. It’s all part of the Oakland Art Murmur, the (generally) genial art and music mob scene that takes place the first Friday of every month. Free.
