Bay seniors looking to be bedazzled this holiday should visit the SF Zoo on weekend evenings now through January 3. The park is lit up for the holidays including the new South American Tropical Rainforest and Aviary and the Little Puffer Steam Train. Light snow flurries are promised. The grandkids should be delighted to meet Belle, Holly, Peppermint and Velvet, the resident reindeer. $5-$8. Speaking of electrification the lights glittering on the west span of the Bay Bridge will be turned on again on January 30 in time for the Super Bowl. The bridge bling is expected to be a permanent fixture.
