SF has an enviable location, sweeping bay views and theatrical hills, but it still has a long way to go architecturally. Which is one of the reasons this month is the 15th Annual Architecture and City Life Festival  which starts this week and runs off and on through September. At Room and Board headquarters this Friday the wave of films, lectures and tours begins with an opening night party and a heavy duty discussion of the importance of small living spaces in a town that is already running out of room. If you want to drink and nibble and tell local architects and builders how the City can be improved this is your chance. $15 gives you a chance to speak your mind.
