Name one artist talented enough to have a signature style? I nominate Keith Haring whose blazingly colorful graphics are more ubiquitous than ever. It’s hard to believe that this month is the 25th anniversary of his death at the far too young age of 31. It’s hard to find his original work around town but on Saturday, December 8 from 12-4 his sister Kay will be reading from her book about him, The Boy Who Kept Drawing, at the LGBT Community Center. Other celebrants include drag queen story telling, a kids’ fashion show, music and related art activities. And, yes, it’s free.
