Nature has provided us with a free workout in this hilly and stairy city where traipsing these knolls builds up our quadriceps and gives us the kind of workout we’d pay hundreds of dollars for at a gym. For considerably less we can join the Baddass Morning Workout which schedules a jaunt every Saturday morning at 6:30 am and never repeats the same route. According to┬ástatisticians we here are blessed with 48 hills. And with this gang of avid amateurs, they are all free.
