From 1936 to1943 our Nobel Prize winning dramatist Eugene O’Neill built, resided at and worked in Tao House there. On Saturday, September 8 at 9am Park Rangers will lead you in a 3 mile hike from downtown Danville to the sprawling home where Iceman Cometh, Long Days Journey into Night and Touch of the Poet were written. Heady hiking.
